1. Exchange and Return Policy
You can request an exchange or return of a product within 7 (seven) calendar days of receipt, as stipulated by the Consumer Protection Code.
For this, it is necessary that:
The item is unused, without odors, stains, or alterations;
With labels and tags attached;
Includes the original packaging (if possible).
2. How to Request
To start the process, send an email to [email protected] or contact us via WhatsApp with the following information:
Order number
Photo of the product label with the barcode or QR code visible
Full name
Reason for exchange or return
Photos of the item (if defective)
Our customer service operates from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm (except holidays). We will contact you as soon as possible!
3. Exchange for Size or Color
You can request an exchange for another color or size, if we have it in stock. We do not charge for the first exchange due to size or color. In case of additional exchanges, shipping costs may be passed on.
4. Defective Product
If your product has any manufacturing defect, the deadline to request an exchange is up to 30 (thirty) calendar days after receipt. After analysis and confirmation of the defect, we offer:
Exchange for the same item (if available)
Store credit
Refund of the amount paid
5. Other Returns
If you regret your purchase, you can request a return of the product within 7 calendar days, as provided by law. The full amount will be refunded, including the shipping costs paid.
After the item arrives at our distribution and verification center, the refund will be processed within 10 business days, according to the payment method used.
6. Items on Sale
Items purchased on sale or promotion can only be exchanged for defects, respecting the 30-day period. If in doubt, consult our team before finalizing your purchase.
7. Final Considerations
We reserve the right to refuse exchanges or returns that do not meet the criteria mentioned above. In this case, the item will be returned to the sender without prior notice.
